My Talking Tom keeps the same mechanics of Talking Tom Cat , but with many extra options and actions , putting you in the role of a cat-owner .
You can still make Tom repeat everything you say , besides interacting with the animal by touching the screen. However , the format of My Talking Tom is more like the Pou and other games tamagotchi ( virtual pets ) . You can change the appearance of the cat, in addition to choosing what food to give and decorate his house . If you get bored , you can play with the mini game .
The only feature missing in My Talking Tom is the ability to record a video of Tom , as in previous versions . This was quite a fun option, which ended up outside.
To get items in My Talking Tom you need to collect coins during the game , or buy them with real money . To pass the level you must take care of the kitten and make sure it has all the needs met .
How to play My Talking Tom
Like Pou , Tom needs to be cared for. You check the cat needs for indicators on the bottom of the screen to be " recharged " with a particular action . The idea is easy to understand when you play My Talking Tom first .
The four basic needs are : entertainment ( reloaded to take care of Tom or the mini-games ) , food ( reloaded when you give food to Tom ) , bathroom and tiredness ( reloaded when you put the tone to sleep and turns off the light ) . To do any of these actions just click the corresponding bookmark.

Apparently , the kitten is the only character that appears (no sign of his girlfriend Angela or annoying dog Ben ) .
